Terms of use

The Association of Corporate Travel Executives, Inc. (“ACTE”) is a Delaware nonstock, nonprofit corporation, which is tax exempt under Section 501©(6) of the Internal Revenue Code, and which provides programs that enhance the professional development of business travel professionals.

ACTE’s association with BCHA’s hotel accreditation program (“Program”) is for the benefit of those in the business travel industry. However, ACTE’s involvement in the Program is strictly administrative; ACTE is in no way involved in the substantive aspects of the Program. Consequently, ACTE’s involvement does not constitute a guarantee, warranty, or endorsement by ACTE of the Program, or of the programs, services, employees, or agents of BCHA or any hotel accredited under the Program; all warranties are expressly excluded.

Further, neither ACTE nor its officers, directors, members, employees, or agents shall have any liability for any loss, damage, claim, or expense arising out of or in connection with the Program or services, acts or omissions of BCHA or any accredited hotel or any individual associated with any accredited hotel. All such liabilities, including special, indirect, or consequential damages, are expressly disclaimed.
