BCHA shall have no liability to Corporate Buyers, Travel managers or travel management companies, its employees, customers, property guests and visitors or its other agents for failure by a Hotel or Property Management Company to render any services in accordance with any contract entered into between Hotel and its customers or its other agents.
In no event shall BCHA be liable for consequential or indirect losses or damages, including lost profit. BCHA’s liability shall be limited to the amount of the Fees paid to it under this Agreement.
