ACTE’s BCHA hotel accreditation programme has been launched to create a universal and globally recognised standard for business-use hotels. Personal inspection of each property ensures that 350+ business specific criteria are tested from the quality and speed of wi-fi access; the availability and quality of room service; the technical AV connectivity for meetings and a multitude of other H&S, services and facilities checks.
